Patron Services Manager – This position oversees and manages the front of house experience for patrons during performances, including the management of Front of House staff and volunteers. They are present during performances.

Box Office RepresentativeThis position handles ticket sales, maintains the constituent database, distributes will call tickets, helps with seating or ticketing issues, and is on the ‘front line’ of contact with Taproot Theatre’s patrons.

COVID Safety Manager – This position is responsible for enforcing COVID safety protocols and rules at Taproot Theatre; before, during, and after performances. The CSO will verify proof of vaccination and photo IDs of patrons for venue entry. This person will also be the point person for patrons who would like more information on our COVID Safety Protocols and Rules.

House Manager – This position oversees the front of house during performances. They are responsible for handling any issues that might arise with patrons before, during and after a performance, including but not limited to the following areas: seating, concessions, box office, maintenance issues, etc.

Teaching Artist This position may craft theatrebased curriculum and provide professional instruction for
Acting Studio classes and camps throughout the year. Classes may include comedy, acting, musical theatre,
creative dramatics, and more. Specific assignments dependent on expertise, availability, and program schedules.

Currently, all permanent Taproot staff participate in corporate prayer and self-identify as Christians. Seasonal workers and guest artists may choose not to participate in these customs and represent a diversity of faith traditions and backgrounds. Public Health: Taproot Theatre Company requires every employee, volunteer, and contractor to present proof of vaccination against COVID-19. Proof of vaccination can be vaccine card (copy or photo accepted), WA state immunization printout, or verified medical record printout from medical provider.
