- If you cannot see the buttons for play/pause, full screen, or volume on/off try hovering your cursor over the video player
- Closed Captioning can be found in one of two places (depending on your device). Please check for a “cc” located in the bottom right of the video player or in the lower left corner under menu/subtitles
- Volume is adjusted with the volume adjustments on your device
- The digital Encore program can be accessed by using the QR code within the video or by clicking the photo below the video playing area
