Taproot Theatre Company’s student matinee program enhances student education, providing theatre as a tool and springboard for learning, growth and communication.

Mitch Albom's Tuesdays With Morrie by Jeffrey Hatcher & Mitch Albom, based on the book by Mitch Albom - April 7
Around the World in 80 Days by Mark Brown, adapted from the novel by Jules Verne - May 26
Enchanted April by Matthew Barber, from the novel by Elizabeth von Arnim - October 6

All Student Matinees take place at 10 a.m. at Taproot Theatre.
Tickets
$10 per student
1 complimentary adult ticket issued for every 12 students

Tickets to a student matinee performance include:
- Study guides
- Post-play discussion with actors & director
All student performances begin at 10:00 a.m. and are held at Taproot Theatre.
A tour of the theatre after the performance is available for an additional $100 per class.
Financial assistance is available through the Erica Enns Scholarship Fund to schools for whom the cost of a performance may be a hardship.

Taproot's Student Matinee Program partially fulfills the following EALRs:
